At Colour Drop, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, we are happy to offer an exchange provided that:

  1. The item is returned within 14 days of purchase.
  2. The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  3. All original tags are attached.
  4. The item is returned in its original packaging where applicable.

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to decline the exchange.

 

Sale Items

All sale items are final.

There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items unless the item is faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if the product has a major fault. If the issue is minor, we may choose to repair or replace the item.

 

To lodge a faulty item claim, please email:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault
  • Clear photos of the issue

Our team will assess the claim and respond within 3 business days.

 

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us with your order number and the item you would like instead.
  2. Wait for confirmation before sending your return.
  3. Post the item back to the address provided.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is confirmed faulty.

We recommend using tracked shipping as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non refundable.

If an exchange is approved, additional shipping fees may apply for the replacement item.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
