Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sale periods, promotional events, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods
We ship Australia wide using reputable courier and postal services.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are provided by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays once your parcel has been handed to the courier.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard shipping: 2 to 8 business days depending on your location.
Regional areas may experience longer delivery times.
Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
All shipping charges are non refundable.
If an exchange is approved, additional shipping costs may apply for the replacement item.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
We are not liable for loss or delays caused by third party postal or courier services. However, we will do our best to assist in resolving any issues.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damage
- Photos of the packaging
We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within Australia only unless otherwise stated on the website.
